学习经历:
1981.09-1985.07年南京大学物理化学专业学习,获学士学位;
1985.09-1988.07年在江南大学(原无锡轻工业学院)油脂科学与工程专业学习并获硕士学位;
2014.12-2015.03在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校进修。
科研方向:
一、功能纳米材料制备及其应用;
二、真菌毒素的快速检测和去除。
研究成果:
主持并完成国家科技重大专项子课题1项,主持市社会发展项目2项,作为主要参加人员完成各种科研项目10多项,通过省部级鉴定3项。获市优秀论文三等奖一项,江苏科技大学教学成果奖三等奖一项。2000年来发表与本专业有关的学术论文30余篇,其中SCI收录5篇,授权发明专利5项,主编和参编教材3部。现担任77779193永利食品质量与安全系主任,江苏省粮油食品工业科学技术协会理事、中国化学会会员,江苏省化学化工学会理事,中国粮油学会油脂分会会员,教育部学位中心论文通讯评议专家,全国食品类专业工程认证专家。获中国教育界联合会授予的全国优秀教育工作者,江苏科技大学优秀共产党员等多项荣誉称号。
